Starting music at the age of 7 was the beginning of a life long dream come true.At nine he got an alto sax and began lessons.At 10 he got his first drum set and began to play and practice.At 12 he started playing piano and later added organ.After playing in several local bands in the Buffalo,New York area he began teaching up to 80 students per week.He got his big break after receiving a call to join a band in Detroit signed to Motown and had the #9 record on the charts and they needed a bass player.They joined forces and scored many top ten hits including the #1 smash"Here Come Da Judge" followed by"Soul Clappin".

He spent two years touring N.America with them.He lived in Detroit,L.A. and Toronto doing concerts,writing and producing.He went to college in Michigan and won two awards as Outstanding Soloist on alto and Bari saxes.He relocated to Ft.Lauderdale and recorded an album of original compositions useing members of Billy Joels Band,Blood Sweat And Tears,Neil Diamonds background singers and others.He spent almost 4 years with CBS recording artists Mark And Clark and won two Carbonnell Awards.They also toured and were the houseband at The Buena Vista Palace in Orlando.His next incredible venture was joining Rock And Roll Hall Of Famer Dion DiMucci and did 11 tours as his saxman,keyboardist,percussionist and vocalist.He did 3 years with Grammy winner Little Eva and toured N.America and soldout 39 shows in 28 cities in England,Scotland and Wales.He has also toured across Australia,into Germany and Greece and many islands from Jamaica to Hawaii.Venues include Madison Square Garden,Radio City Music Hall,The Copa,The Orange Bowl,The Greek Theater,The Universal Ampitheater,The Hollywood Bowl,The Georgia Dome,Three Rivers Stadium,The PNC Center,The London Palladium in concert with Bob Seger,Frankie Valli,Derek Trucks,The 4 Tops,Jerry Lee Lewis,The Temptations,Little Richard,Herbie Hancock,Dickie Betts,JohnMcLaughlin,Billy Cobham,Dave Mason,Mickey Hart,Pat Travers,Rick Derringer,Edgar and Johnny Winter,Bo Diddley,Little Anthony,The Platters,The Drifters,Mary Wilson,Bobby Kimball,Michael Burks,Tinsley Ellis,Janiva Magness,Kenny Wayne Shepard,Blues Image,Steppenwolf,Iron Butterfly,Fats Domino,3 Dog Night,Paul Revere and The Raiders,Aaron Neville and many others.He starred in the movie "The Spacey Brothers" and did the entire soundtrack.He appeared with Johnny Depp in "Rock And A Hard Place" and did sax solos in "Michael" with John Travolta and "The Long Kiss Goodnight" starring Geena Davis and Samuel L.
